Allison was born and raised in Winter Garden, FL.  and spent time in the US Navy and had the opportunity to live all over the U.S. She has worked for Disney in the 80’s,  90’s and millennium. Allison also has experience working for Universal resorts along with many major hotels in the Central Florida  area. Allison now works at the Concierge desk at the beautiful Walt Disney World Sawn & Dolphin Resort along with being a student at UCF Rosen College of Hospitality majoring in Event Management and Mass Communications.  She has a passion for helping people and is involved with several charities including Dave’s House and Wounded Warrior Project.

Born in Bilbao, Spain Nekane moved to London after high school. She worked for the International Sporting Club and was part of the opening team for The Dorchester Club. She travelled within Europe and the Middle East and in 1992 she moved to New York City, making Manhattan her home for 5 years. Later, Nekane settled in Orlando where she worked as guest services agent, familiarizing herself with The City Beautiful plethora of culture and attractions. In 2000, Nekane joined the concierge team of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin where she worked her magic for the next seven years. After a three year hiatus Nekane returned to the hospitality industry as a concierge at the Hilton Bonnet Creek resort, knowing that her passion for helping others was still there. Soon after, she was graciously nominated by her employers for the CFHLA Grand Pineapple awards.

Expedia Local Expert

Born in the City of Claxton Georgia, at the age of 2 the family moved to the Village of Maywood Illinois, a suburb west of Chicago.  Renae attended classes at Northwestern University in Chicago and Triton College in River Grove Illinois. Before entering the hospitality industry in 2007 as a Concierge with Expedia Local Expert, Renae’s background is extensive in Sales and Marketing, she was an Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Agent for Associated Estates in both Atlanta Georgia and Orlando Florida. While still living in Illinois she was a Sales Manager for Roman Inc in Rosell; National Account Manager/Team Leader/Customer Service Rep for Wilson Sporting Goods in Chicago. The most rewarding position Renae has experienced to date was a Disaster Relief Insurance Adjuster for Pilot a temporary agency. 

Renae joined the Central Florida Concierge Association in 2013, she is an avid volunteer, serving several years with the Coalition of Houseless and numerous other volunteer opportunities.
