Dear Members of CFCA,

I’m very happy to share with you that Alex Lum, Concierge Supervisor at The Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, has filled the position of Treasurer. Alex brings with him years of hospitality experience and a good knowledge of accounting. He has been a member of this association for 5 years and was part of the opening team of his resort. He is currently pursuing the prestigious Golden Keys.

I’d also like to share with you that Carmen Bengston, Chef Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes, has submitted her letter to interest for the position of Vice President. This leaves the Community Affairs position open to those interested. Please reach out with your letter of intent by the 28th of this month to president@centralfloridaconcierge.org

Director of Community Affairs The Director of Community Affairs will serve as the Public Relations Representative for the Association, coordinate and oversee media relations and function as the liaison between the Association and the Community. This position is responsible for securing space to host our monthly meetings and events.

“Titled Concierge” and/or “Concierge Affiliate”members with a minimum six (6) months active participation will be eligible for nomination for Director of Community Affairs

We are moving forward and in the right direction!
September Meeting! We hope that you will be able to attend the September at the beautiful Celebration Golf Club on September 30th. Don’t forget to RSVP..

The website is reaching the final stages. We are in need of volunteers to maintain and update information on the website.
